Spa Tips
It is advisable not to have a heavy meal immediately before any spa treatments. Just like you would not, before a jog, swim or any vigorous exercise. However, you can have a light snack if you are really hungry.
If this is your first visit, please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow yourself time to be relaxed and be familiar with the facility.
If you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant, please be sure to notify our Spa consultant or receptionist before booking your treatments. If you have any concern at all, please let us know.
Definitely. This is your time and you should enjoy the experience to the fullest. Speak to us whether you want changes to the room temperature, music volume or pressure of the massage. Massage therapists may use fingertips, knuckles, hands, elbows, and forearms during the massage. It is important to drink plenty of water as you can after the massage to flush metabolic waste from the tissues.
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. To cancel without charge requires four hours notice.
The Spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect the quiet and privacy of other spa guests by speaking softly or simply enjoying the silence.
